Campbell Hall is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team. If you're ready to deliver hands-on patient care in a supportive long-term care setting, we'd like to hear from you.

As an LPN, you'll be a vital member of our clinical team, working directly with residents and collaborating with RNs and CNAs to provide coordinated, person-centered care. Your skills in medication administration, wound care, and resident assessment will help us maintain the health and dignity of the people in our community.

What you'll do

Administer medications and monitor residents for therapeutic effects and adverse reactions
Perform wound care, dressing changes, and catheter care per care plans
Collect and document vital signs, intake/output, and other clinical observations
Assist RNs with resident assessments and report significant changes in condition promptly
Support activities of daily living (ADLs) for residents with complex medical needs
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in resident medical records
Communicate with families about resident progress and coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members
Follow infection control and safety protocols, including proper hand hygiene and PPE use

Requirements

Active New York State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (long-term care or hospital preferred)
Physical ability to lift and transfer residents (up to 50 lbs with assistance), stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks
Current tuberculosis (TB) test or clearance per facility policy
COVID-19 vaccination status per facility policy
Reliable transportation and ability to maintain consistent attendance
CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire)
