  • Follow infection control and safety protocols, including proper hand hygiene and PPE use

What you'll bring

  • Compassion and patience when working with older adults across varying cognitive and physical abilities
  • Clear communication skills with residents, families, and the care team
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple residents during a shift
  • Reliability and a collaborative mindset—long-term care is a team effort

Why join us

  • Work in a stable, person-centered environment where your clinical skills make a real difference
  • Supportive nursing leadership and opportunities for professional growth
  • Access to continuing education and skill development in long-term care nursing

  • Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (long-term care or hospital preferred)
  • Physical ability to lift and transfer residents (up to 50 lbs with assistance), stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks
  • Current tuberculosis (TB) test or clearance per facility policy
  • COVID-19 vaccination status per facility policy
  • Reliable transportation and ability to maintain consistent attendance
  • CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire)
